LEVI HUMMON’S NEW TRACK “DON’T WASTE THE NIGHT†WILL BE AVAILABLE DIGITALLY THIS FRIDAY!
Levi Hummon, rising singer/songwriter, is set to release his new song, “Don’t Waste The Night,†on Iconic Entertainment Records this Friday a year after the release of his first self-titled EP. Written by Hummon along with Josh Thompson and Matt Dragstrem, Hummon first introduced fans to the upbeat rolling-rhythm song produced by Jimmy Robbins during his live shows earlier this year.

“There were always these moments–growing up in a household where you’re trained to pay attention to the details of the story, with my dad as a songwriter–where I would hear a line and think, ‘ah, that would be a great song,'” shares Hummon. “It’s a habit I can’t break. I was writing with Josh and Matt, and we were drawn to the phrase ‘Don’t Waste The Night,’ and we wanted to create an anthem to encourage having a fun and spontaneous time.â€
Last spring, Rolling Stone Country named Levi Hummon one of their “New Country Artists You Need to Know,â€Â and exclusively debuted the new track on their website today, 24 hours prior to its official release.
Levi Hummon is lauded for his instincts and attention-grabbing sound, the 2017 Ram Truck spokesperson has hit the road hard this year, as the opener for Michael Ray’s 2017 Think A Little Less Tour, and with several appearances alongside Kip Moore, Dan + Shay and Frankie Ballard this month alone.
Levi Hummon is currently wrapping his first west coast tour as a special guest of Kip Moore’s, with a strong finish this Sunday at Stagecoach Festival.
The Music City native will also play Nashville’s High Watt on May 16, his first headlining show in his hometown in over a year.
